Your venue determines everything else — the date, the guest count, the theme. Popular venues in Dubai book up 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season (October–February).
Photography & Videography
The second most important booking. Good photographers are always in demand. Once you have your date and venue, reach out immediately.
Catering
For South Asian weddings in the UAE, authentic catering teams fill up fast. Book at least 6–9 months ahead.
The Rest of the List
Once you have the big three locked in, you can work on makeup artists, decorators, mehndi artists, and car hire. These typically have more flexibility but do not leave them to the last minute.
