These Terms govern your access to and use of Shaadi Bazaar(the “Site”) at https://shaadi-bazaar-rho.vercel.app. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. The service we provide
Shaadi Bazaar is a marketplace that connects couples planning weddings in the UAE with wedding vendors. We curate vendor listings, facilitate inquiries, and provide planning tools (shortlist, compare, etc.) so couples can make decisions confidently.
We are not a party to any contract between you and a vendor. We don’t deliver wedding services ourselves — vendors do. When you engage a vendor through the Site, your agreement is with that vendor directly.
2. Using the Site as a couple
By browsing or submitting forms, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you submit inquiries, comparisons, or newsletter sign-ups.
- Use the inquiry tools to contact vendors only when you have genuine interest.
- Not spam vendors, scrape data, or attempt to abuse the platform.
- Be 18 or older to submit any form on the Site.
3. Listing as a vendor
If you list your business on the Site, you agree that:
- The business information you provide is accurate and kept current.
- Photos, descriptions, package details, and any other content you upload are yours to share, or are properly licensed.
- You will respond to inquiries you receive within a reasonable timeframe.
- We may remove, suspend, or refuse listings that violate these Terms or our quality standards.
- Listings are subject to a subscription. Subscription pricing and billing are described separately when you sign up.
4. Content and intellectual property
- The Site’s design, branding, and code are owned by Shaadi Bazaar.
- Vendor-uploaded content (photos, descriptions, packages) is owned by the vendor. By uploading it, vendors grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and promote it on the Site and in related marketing.
- If you submit a review or testimonial (when that feature is available), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it.
